Security Guard Services

CW Security Group provides both armed and unarmed security guards who have completed all State mandated security guard training.

Prior to being deployed on a security post all guards complete additional training courses required by our organization to enhance their capabilities. 

Use of force, de-escalation, report writing and tactical communication are just a few areas where our guards are trained.

CW Security Group Inc. individually tailor each security footprint

based on client specific needs. We provide site specific and supplemental training if needed, to the personnel assigned each post.

This serves to increase the confidence, skill sets and abilities

of our guards which ultimately increases safety and security.

This training may include firearms training, less lethal force options and hand cuffing to name a few.

CWSG guards clearly understand their mission, expectations, parameters and work hard at building and fostering a healthy partnership based on mutual trust and established goals.

All guards are carefully selected to meet the needs, organizational personality and culture of each client.

They are mentored and led by field supervisors and monitored with our guard tracking system to ensure internal and external objectives are met.
